You Do :

  • Work with engineering and customer support team to tackle customer facing priorities in product implementation or support.
  • Responsible for Product Deployment and Implementation.
  • Manage Internal and SaaS cloud infrastrucure (i.e. AWS, Azure, Scaleway). 
  • Track product releases and on-premise customer deployment.
  • Identify and Implement development automation (i.e Jenkins, Deployment Scipts etc.).
  • Contribute to devlop and test product upgrades at end of product release cycle.
  • Observe development and operations process to identify frequent issues and collaborate with writter to write KBs.

You Have :

  • Experienced working with Customer facing Operational environment.
  • Experienced with Linux and Windows Administrations.
  • Understanding of networking technologies, including network security.
  • Solid understanding of Web and Application Servers, Apache, Postgres. Scripting etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving application and/or system-related issues by basic log analysis.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
